Q. What is self-storage and why would I use it?
A. Self storage is a space in which you can store your personal property on a self service basis. This allows customers who are relocating, selling or buying a home, or simply need more space for your belongings an affordable, flexibly sized place to store items. Businesses frequently use self storage to store inventory, equipment and paperwork, rather than to lease additional or larger commercial space.
Q. What does "climate control" mean?
A. A simple explanation for climate controlled units is that these storage unit are located inside a building with the temperature kept around 55 to 85 year round and the humidity level below 65%.
Q. What can I store in a storage unit?
A. Almost anything! You can even store your car, boat or your RV. There are a few common sense things that can not be stored: Pesticides, fertilizers, hazardous substances, burnable fuels, explosives, living things, things that give off odors or which can decay, contraband, and food items that is not sealed in a can.
Q. Do I have to have insurance on items that I store?
A. We suggest you carry insurance on your stored items as we do not. For peace of mind you should insure the property in you storage unit just as you would in your own home, office, or business. For your convenience, we have information available in our offices for an optional insurance plans you can pay with your storage rent. But first you may wish to check with your current insurance carrier as your possessions may already be covered off premises through your present policy.
Q. When can I access my unit?
A. You may enter your unit 7 days a week 365 days a year from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Q. What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?

Q. Who else has access to my unit?
A. Once you are assigned a unit you keep your keys, you lock your unit. At our gated facitities you also have a personal access code to enter the facility. Therefore, only those whom you share this information with and keys with will have access to your unit.
Q. Should I make a reservation?
A. To insure that you will have the size and location that best suites you, we offer pre-Leases for up to two (2) weeks prior to move-in date. There is a $50.00 fee for this service and will be applied to your rent in whole when you move-in.
Q. Do I have to sign a lease and if so for how long?
A. You will sign a rental agreement with all the legal terms and conditions in it, but you will be on a month to month lease period. That means you can use this storage space for as long or as short a times as you need.
